If a gearbox cannot be completely repaired at the wind farm for many restrictions, it can be returned to AVISTT factory for disassemble and repair.

The entire factory repair process for gearboxes is as follows:

1. Gearbox down-tower

2. Transport back to the factory

3. Disassemble and issue repair program

4. Repair and assembly

5. Loading and testing

6. Appearance check and storage

7. Delivery to wind farm and recover wind turbine operation

A specially-assigned individual will track the implementation of each above procedure. In addition, every repair program needs to be reviewed and only programs which pass review can be issued, ensuring the accuracy of the technology program.
